Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for entry-level and junior roles in the Liability Department of a leading private bank. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of new customers for Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) products
• Generate leads through field activities, references, and direct client interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement
• Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, loans, and other financial services
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to branch business growth
• Ensure accurate and complete KYC documentation as per banking guidelines
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and account activation
• Maintain daily activity reports and update customer interactions in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate from a recognized university
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Any Sales or BFSI (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance) preferred
• Age limit: 21 to 30 years

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary range: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA
