Job Description

We are hiring dynamic professionals for the role of Sales Officer (OS1 / OS2) / Assistant Manager (AM) – CASA in the Liabilities team. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and driving business growth through Current Account and Savings Account products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current & Savings Account (CASA) customers
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets consistently
• Conduct field sales activities, including sourcing and lead generation
• Handle end-to-end customer onboarding and documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Cross-sell basic financial products when required
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any UG / PG Degree
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in Sales (Freshers can apply)
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years
• Gender: Open to all
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹17,500 to ₹24,500 (Net per month)
• CTC: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.3 LPA

Location: Chennai (All Major Branches – OMR, ECR, Central, North & South Zones)
