Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive (CASA) to drive liability business growth through customer acquisition and field sales activities. The role focuses on sourcing new customers and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities:
- Acquire CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) through cold calling and market references
- Drive liability business growth by achieving monthly acquisition targets
Non-Financial Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and marketing activities within the branch
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate leads through multiple channels:
- Field sales / cold calling
- Branch walk-ins
- Customer referrals
- Industry associations and campaigns
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for NTB (New to Bank) customers
- Achieve assigned targets as per performance scorecard
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking Sales (CASA preferred)
- Currently employed (Mandatory)
- Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Local candidates preferred
Additional Requirements
- Age: Up to 28 years
- Open to both male and female candidates
- No employment gaps preferred (up to 3 months gap can be considered)
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

CTC: ₹2 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives
