Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for multiple roles in the Home Loan Sales Department of a leading housing finance company. The role focuses on customer acquisition, field sales, and managing end-to-end housing loan processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard customers for Home Loans / Affordable Housing Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Generate business through field sales, referrals, builders, and channel partners (DSA/brokers)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide suitable loan solutions based on customer requirements
- Handle end-to-end loan processing from login to disbursement
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC norms
- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Operations) for smooth processing
- Achieve assigned targets in terms of disbursement, login, and revenue
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate from a recognized university (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / Affordable Housing Loan Sales
- Age limit: Up to 28 years
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Attractive Monthly Incentives (Up to ₹30,000)
- Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500
- Field Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 (as per bills)
