Job Description – Personal Banker (PB)

Key Responsibilities:

• CASA Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Drive acquisition of New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through field and branch initiatives to expand the CASA portfolio.
• Relationship Management: Strengthen and deepen existing customer relationships to achieve consistent month-on-month portfolio growth.
• Cross-Selling of Financial Products: Promote and sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance (Life & General), Gold Loans, and other asset products to enhance fee-based income.
• Digital Banking Adoption: Encourage customers to actively use digital banking channels, including Mobile Banking, Net Banking, and Debit Cards, to improve overall engagement.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure end-to-end compliant onboarding of customers in line with KYC/AML guidelines, maintaining high operational and audit standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver superior customer service by effectively handling queries, resolving complaints, and providing need-based financial solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2–4 years in BFSI / Banking Sales (CASA / Retail Banking preferred)
• Age Limit: Below 30 years

Compensation: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA
