Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition (CASA): Responsible for achieving monthly targets for opening new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to increase deposits.
- Cross-Selling Products: Offering retail banking and third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
- Customer Service: Managing customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction, and conducting KYC/documentation.
- Marketing Activities: Conducting field sales and taking part in marketing activities to generate leads.
- Relationship Officer Portfolio: Managing a portfolio of existing customers for renewals or cross-selling.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in BFSI / Sales (Freshers with strong sales interest can apply)
- Age Limit: Below 30 years
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA + Incentives
