We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Relationship Officer – Current Account. This role focuses on acquiring and managing high-value Current Account customers while driving business growth in the retail banking segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Drive sourcing of new Current Account customers through cold calling, field visits, and market mapping initiatives
• Business Development: Identify and penetrate key business hubs, including SMEs, traders, and commercial establishments, to expand the CA portfolio
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Cross-Selling: Generate additional revenue by promoting banking products such as Savings Accounts, Deposits, and Digital Banking services
• Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure seamless account opening with strict adherence to KYC norms and regulatory guidelines
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales reports and provide periodic performance updates to management

Eligibility & Key Skills:

• Experience: 1–4 years in BFSI / Banking Sales (preferably branch banking or CASA)
• Strong business acquisition and field sales skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking ability
• Good understanding of Current Account products and banking services
• Ability to identify and tap local business opportunities
• Knowledge of KYC compliance and regulatory processes
• Target-driven with a result-oriented approach

Compensation:

• CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives
